Overview

The report describes LSI's ESG principles across environmental, social and governance areas, including energy-efficient lighting and refrigeration products, responsible sourcing, workforce diversity, safety, community involvement and human rights. It reports that women comprise 34% of the workforce and that 42% of directors are diverse, while two of seven directors are diverse by gender. For 2022, LSI reports a total recordable incident rate of 2.12 and a DART rate of 0.70. It also highlights recycling 1,022 tons of metals and a 67% reduction in customers' lighting energy consumption from LED fixtures.
