The report is Luxaviation Group's first Sustainability Report and introduces a formal double-materiality process and Sustainability Leadership Group for oversight of its economic, environmental and social impacts. It reports 2021 Scope 1 emissions of 118,074.64 Ton CO2 and describes a Go-To-Zero strategy focused on fuel efficiency, Sustainable Aviation Fuels and carbon offsetting. The report also highlights workforce inclusion initiatives, including a 33% female management team and employee wellbeing programs.
