Overview

The report is Luxfer's first ESG report and describes its global manufacturing operations and commitment to safe, clean and energy-efficient products. It sets 2025 goals including a 20% CO2e reduction, 10% freshwater-use reduction, 20% less waste to landfill, 15% recycled packaging and a 10% material-efficiency increase. It also describes an ISO 14001-based EHS management system and Board oversight of ESG matters. The appendix states alignment with the UN Global Compact and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
