Environmental Report

Overview

The report reviews LVMH's 2012 environmental program, centered on the LIFE framework and initiatives spanning eco-design, sourcing, water, waste, energy and emissions. It reports 663,232 MWh of energy consumption, 1% renewable energy and 82,870 metric tons of group waste, while also discussing emissions for the reporting scope and estimates for excluded sales areas. More than 650 supplier audits and 42% ISO 14001-certified sites are highlighted. Selected environmental indicators received reasonable assurance under ISAE 3000.
