Overview

The report presents LVMH's group-wide 2015 social responsibility priorities across talent, working conditions, anti-discrimination and local communities. It reports €110.6m invested in training, 61.4% employee training participation and 2.2 average training days per person. Women represented 74% of the workforce, while the work-accident table records 1,077 accidents and zero deaths. It also highlights 1,027 supplier audits at 877 suppliers and disability representation of 1.0% worldwide and 4.5% in France.
