Overview

The report presents LXP's 2022 ESG+R program across its industrial real estate portfolio, including 26 green-building-certified properties, 2,899.9 MWh of renewable power, 258,480 lbs of waste diverted and 82 volunteer hours. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 0 MT CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 6,534 MT CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 20,331 MT CO2e. LXP also sets a 25% ten-year intensity-reduction target against a 2019 baseline, while selected energy, GHG, water and waste data was independently verified by Lucideon CICS.
