Overview

The report presents Macquarie's FY2017 ESG approach across business conduct, ESG risk management, sustainable operations and people/workplace. It highlights assessment of over 298 transactions and advisory mandates under the Environmental and Social Risk Policy, more than 6,670MW of renewable energy assets in operation or under management, and a 42% reduction in Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions from baseline. It also reports 33.3% women on the Board and 38.2% women across the Macquarie workforce.
