Sustainability Plan

Overview

The report sets out Macquarie Group's FY2025 Sustainability Plan for its own business operations, covering offices, data centres, travel and procurement. It commits to net zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by FY2025 and equivalent 100 per cent renewable energy for global electricity needs. It also sets commitments for sustainable premises, supply-chain practices, employee wellbeing and sustainability engagement, with ESG framework approval assigned to the Group Board. Macquarie further states that it has responded annually to CDP since 2010.
