Overview

The report covers the Group's ESG activities and performance for the year ended 31 March 2025 under the HKEX ESG Reporting Guide. It sets out a Board-accountable ESG governance structure supported by an ESG Working Group and an annual materiality assessment. Reported environmental performance includes 103.76 tCO2e of total GHG emissions, 248.13 MWh of total energy consumption, 624.00 m3 of water consumption and 1.26 tonnes of non-hazardous waste. The report also records zero work-related fatalities and no concluded corruption cases.
