Overview

The report presents Magna's 2021 sustainability performance, including 1,613,922 t of combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 5,414,978 MWh of energy consumption. Renewable energy represented 8.2% of total energy, while waste generated was 1,144,018 t. Magna reports carbon-neutrality targets for European operations by 2025 and global operations by 2030, with nine divisions already carbon neutral. Workforce metrics include 27% women employees and 42% women on the Board.
