Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes Maybank's 2022 launch of a Group-wide Sustainable Product Framework covering green, social, sustainable, sustainability-linked and transition products. It also reports establishing a Scope 3 financed emissions baseline and reducing operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 41% against the 2019 baseline. The report further highlights RM20.69 billion of sustainable finance mobilised and community programmes benefiting more than 360,000 households across the region.
