Overview

The report presents Maybank Group's FY2025 sustainability and environmental disclosures under a modular suite prepared in accordance with IFRS S1 and S2. It reports RM176.12 billion cumulative sustainable finance, a 57.8% reduction in operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions from the 2019 baseline, and 32.8 million tCO2e of financed emissions. The Group recorded 43,372 employees, 46% women on the Board, zero work-related fatalities and 2,169,674 kg of waste generated. It also details double materiality, Board and committee oversight, and limited assurance by SIRIM and PwC.
