The report highlights board oversight, 1,888 employees, 40% women representation at MBSB board level, 5,513.2 mWh energy consumption, 69,370 m3 water consumption and 3,826.2 tCO2e Scope 2 emissions. It also describes responsible lending, green financing and community initiatives, including RM157.7mil approved green financing in 2019. Selected complaint and employee-training KPIs received independent limited assurance from Ernst & Young.
