Overview

The report describes FY20 sustainability performance across energy, water, waste, people, ethics, and community response. It reports a 10% reduction in energy consumption intensity, a 7% reduction in the net water savings index, and zero landfill waste. Workforce development included versatile and cross-training reaching 68% of achievement, representing 3,923 employees. The Group also launched its ISO 37001:2016 anti-bribery management system and implemented extensive COVID-19 workplace and community measures.
