Overview

The report describes Malton's sustainability approach across economic, environmental and social pillars, with the Board responsible for sustainability direction, reviewing initiatives and approving the sustainability report. It reports an employment workforce of about 400 people and highlights ISO 9001:2015 quality certification and ISO 45001 certification for the construction arm, Domain. During COVID-19, the Group implemented workplace and site SOPs, remote working, screening and an emergency management team. It also donated 500,000 pieces of PPE to national frontliners and supported education, health and sports community programmes.
