Overview

The report presents the Group's FY23 ESG activities and performance for subsidiaries in the PRC, Hong Kong and Japan. It describes Board-level responsibility for ESG governance and a materiality assessment covering 21 ESG issues. Environmental KPIs include total Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 10,435.25 tonnes CO2 equivalent, energy consumption of 19,292,365.70 kWh and water consumption of 117,285 m3. Social disclosures include 378 employees and 222 employees leaving during the year.
