Overview

The report presents the company's Business Responsibility policies across ethics, product responsibility, employee well-being, human rights and environmental management. It reports 1,715 employees as at 31 March 2014 and 4,809 training mandays during 2013-14. The production facilities are ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certified, while CSR initiatives included scholarships worth ₹31 lakhs for 3,500 students.
