Overview

The report presents MANI Sustainability as a new Group-wide approach focused on carbon neutrality, diverse human resources and a green supply chain. It discloses TCFD-recommended climate information and targets renewable-energy electricity at 25% by 2030 and 100% by 2050, alongside CO2 reductions of 25% by 2030 versus 2022 and 85% by 2050. The Group also launched a multi-track personnel system and reported 3,313 consolidated employees and net sales of JPY 17,190 million for FY2021.
