Overview

The report is the Group's first ESG disclosure and covers its 2019 environmental and social performance across Greater China. It reports 1,177.52 tCO2e of GHG emissions, primarily from purchased electricity and selected Scope 3 sources. The Group had 1,252 formal employees, provided training to 94% of employees, and reported 33 average training hours per employee. A stakeholder survey and materiality assessment identified data protection, customer service, employment policies, occupational health and safety and product quality as key topics.
