Overview

The report covers the Group's 2020 ESG performance across 48 department stores, supermarkets, outlets and shopping centres, as well as offices in Mainland China and Hong Kong. It reports 289,774.11 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions and 3,043,327.02 cubic metres of water consumption. The workforce comprised 5,589 employees at 31 December 2020, with women representing 57.22% of employees.
