Overview

The report presents Magneti Marelli’s third Start sustainability edition for 2014/2015, with its first materiality analysis completed in 2015. Company-wide 2015 highlights include 40,418 employees, 25,9% energy from renewable sources, 67,845 tons of waste generated, and 562,921 hours of training. It also describes the Sustainability Operations Committee, ISO 26000 gap analysis, supplier sustainability programme and community investments of 1,279,314 euros. Environmental initiatives include Life Cycle Assessment expansion and projects to reduce water use and waste.
