Overview

The report presents MARG's 2010-11 growth alongside a workforce that reached 1,213 employees across the company and its subsidiaries. Its social innovation portfolio includes two PURA pilot projects covering 19 villages and more than 80,000 rural people, with the Karaikal pilot under implementation. The report also describes a full-fledged CSR unit and programmes spanning education, health, basic amenities, livelihoods and environment. It highlights 14 villages where community development reduced school dropout rates to near zero.
