Overview

The report presents Matrix's FY2022 Group ESG performance in a standalone comprehensive sustainability report. It highlights implementation of a Group-wide ESG Framework, new KPIs and targets, and Board-level sustainability oversight. Environmental disclosures include a Zero Carbon target for 2050, a 215% year-on-year increase in renewable-energy production, and FY2022 Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 601.17 and 4,210.06 CO2 Tonnes respectively. The report also records zero fatalities, 923 employees, 193,000 tonnes of total waste generated, and a 36.36% reduction in water consumption.
