Overview

The report describes how ESG measures were decentralized across MAX Automation’s portfolio companies, with a Group-wide ESG strategy begun in 2021 to coordinate activities and introduce performance indicators. The Group had approximately 1,800 employees in more than 10 countries and reported 349.1 mEUR in 2021 sales. Its first EU Taxonomy disclosures identified 39.1% of turnover, 35.3% of CapEx, and 43.7% of OpEx as taxonomy-eligible.
