Overview

The report describes MEC's 2025 sustainability work through its MBX operating system, with more than 75 improvement initiatives focused on energy, material use and waste. It highlights ISO 14001:2015 certification and revised 2028 intensity goals following acquisitions of Mid-States Aluminum and Accu-Fab. Safety performance improved, with LTIR and TCIR declining in 2025, while cybersecurity governance was supported by an independent NIST CSF assessment.
