Overview

The report presents MBDA's Group-level ESG roadmap and its 2023 progress across environmental, social and governance priorities. It reports 28,656 tCO2e of combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions, total energy consumption of 181,115 MWh, and 23.4% renewable energy in the energy mix. Social highlights include more than 2,600 hires, 90% of employees with development plans, and zero fatalities. Governance developments include the creation of a Group ESG Directorate and an ESG Committee to steer and monitor the ESG strategy.
