Overview

The report describes McBride's 2018/19 corporate responsibility progress across product design, environmental operations, social performance and community initiatives. It reports total Group energy consumption of 541,456 Gjoules and combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 44,195 tonnes of CO2e. Waste recycled, reused and recovered reached 91.5%, while green energy represented 3.3% of total energy. The gender split records one female director out of eight (13%) and 37% women in the total workforce, alongside packaging recyclability and community grants.
