Overview

The report describes MMS's FY23 sustainability strategy and progress across people and climate priorities. It reports 43% female representation on the Board, including the CEO/MD, and 40% in other Executive and General Management roles. The Group carbon footprint was 3,429 tonnes CO2-e, while the company continued reducing operational emissions and targeting net-zero carbon emissions from direct operations by 2030.
