Overview

The report presents Medacta's 2020 sustainability performance across innovative healthcare solutions, people, environment and community. It highlights a worldwide workforce of 1,183 employees, more than 30 products cleared, and pandemic-responsive digital education. Environmental results include a 20% reduction in Scope 1 CO2 emissions at manufacturing plants and 91% of waste recycled, including waste to energy. The Medacta for Life Foundation supported community initiatives, with CHF 350,000 donated and 39 organizations/associations supported.
