Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes Medacta's 2021 sustainability progress across its operations, workforce, environmental performance, and community initiatives. The Group reported 1,341 employees, eliminated fuel oil from heating, and used 100% renewable electricity in its manufacturing facilities. Scope 1 emissions were 393 t CO2 eq, while reported Scope 2 CO2 emissions were zero. The Medacta for Life Foundation also provided CHF 350,000 in support during the year.
