Overview

The report describes Mehiläinen's 2021 sustainability performance across healthcare, workforce and environmental priorities. It received an EcoVadis Gold rating, conducted its first equality survey, and expanded digital healthcare, including 1,020,000 Digital Clinic appointments. It calculated the Group carbon footprint and committed to reducing direct-emissions intensity by minimum 3% relative to revenue through 2025. Electricity was sourced from 100% renewable sources and municipal waste totalled 1,369.79 t.
