Overview

The report describes Board-led sustainability governance and internal validation of the Sustainability Statement, alongside a four-phase materiality process based on financial and impact materiality. The Group identified seventeen material topics and reported that women directors represented 33.33% of the Board in FYE 2025. External assurance was identified as a possible future consideration rather than a realized assurance engagement.
