The report describes Meridian's 2024 progress on climate, governance diversity and community impact. Its ESG Scorecard reports 1,284 tonnes CO2e of operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions. The Board was 67% women, while Meridian invested $3.3 million in community initiatives. The company also launched the Meridian Reframe program to help people facing economic barriers access skilled-trades training and employment.
