Overview

The report describes a year of strong lending growth, with Merkur increasing lending by 22.6% while continuing to position its cooperative banking model around positive social and environmental impact. It calculated the CO2e footprint of 94% of its loan portfolio and reported financed-emissions data across business, personal and investment activities. Merkur donated DKK 715,000 through its Value Pool to charitable customers and the Merkur Foundation. Employee survey results remained strong, with 98% of employees reporting pride in their work.
