Overview

The report describes a strong 2013 performance, with consolidated gross sales of CHF 908.6 million, net income of CHF 124.1 million and 3,507 employees. Sustainability is presented as a strategic priority, while the Group agreed to supply its Swiss entities with 100% Swiss hydropower electricity from 2014 onward. V-ZUG was pursuing climate-neutral production by 2020 and published an environmental report for the first time. The report also highlights a Group-wide Code of Conduct, employee training and health and safety initiatives.
