Overview

The report describes MCC's first double materiality assessment and presents consolidated 2024 performance across governance, climate, workforce, and operations. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 2,239,015.95 Ton CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 3,232,806.84 Ton CO2e. The report also records 97,489 on-the-job employees and zero work-related fatalities. ESG oversight is assigned to the Board, supported by a Sustainable Development Committee and dedicated management functions.
