Overview

The report presents Metalor's 2025 CSR performance across its global workforce of 1,655 employees and 15 industrial sites. It highlights a double materiality assessment, an approved near-term SBTi commitment, and a growing photovoltaic program that produced 5,820 MWh in 2025. Reported 2025 carbon footprints are 6,007 tons CO2e for Scope 1, 10,595 tons for Scope 2, and 52,299 tons for Scope 3. Selected ESG disclosures were subject to independent limited assurance by Forvis Mazars under ISAE 3000.
