Sustainability Report

The report describes Metcash's FY24 sustainability performance across climate, governance and people. It reports a 5.2% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions to 69,829 tCO2e and progress toward a 2040 net-zero target. It also highlights 65.9% waste diversion, 50% female representation on the Board and more than 2.6 million meals donated through community partnerships. Oversight is assigned to a Board-level Safety and Sustainability Committee, supported by the ESG Council.
