Overview

The report covers Metinvest Group's 2015-2016 sustainability performance across environmental protection, safety, human resources and community development. It reports 2016 environmental investments of 4,458 UAH million and total waste generation of 175.2 million tonnes. Workplace safety disclosures record seven employee fatalities in 2016, while the registered payroll stood at 58,638 people. Community programmes included 142.3 UAH million of social investment in 2016 and reconstruction support for conflict-affected towns.
