Sustainable Reporting Standards

Overview

The report describes MTVH's 2022/23 progress against its Sustainable Future and 2030 Action Plan, including a 12% reduction in CO2 emissions from offices, community centres and communal energy supplies. It reports benchmarked Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 57,949t CO2e and details SECR Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. Social highlights include emergency assistance for 2,000 residents and direct assistance to more than 7,500 residents. MTVH also reports allocating £250m raised through sustainable finance to sustainable projects and improved Ritterwald rankings.
