Overview

The report describes M/I Homes' 2025 efforts to preserve nearly 3,886 acres of open space and over 1,366 acres of wildlife habitat, while supporting redevelopment and compact development. It reports 197 lots and 81 homes delivered on redevelopment sites and 2,289 homes in compact developments. Energy efficiency is highlighted through an average HERS Index score of 56.73 and 7,744 delivered homes with certified HERS scores, alongside expanded safety training and a 0.90 total recordable incident rate.
