The report presents MicroTech Medical's 2022 ESG performance under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ESG Reporting Guide, covering environmental KPIs for its Hangzhou headquarters and social KPIs for the Group. It reports 659 regular employees and no work-related fatalities during the Year. The Board assumes full responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting and established an ESG Supervisory Committee.
