Overview

The report highlights the company's 17% reduction in reported greenhouse gas emissions to 19,629 tonnes CO2e and its target to halve direct emissions by January 2027. It also reports more than 25,600 colleague volunteering hours and community support including 33,000 meals saved from being thrown away. Sustainability governance was strengthened through a Sustainability Steering Group involving colleagues, members and Board representatives.
