Overview

The report presents Migros' 2022 growth, sustainability progress and integrated governance approach. It sets a 42% absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions-reduction target by 2030 and reports Scope 3 emissions of 13,541,363 mt CO2e. The Group had 45,303 employees, with women representing 32% of executives and 8.3% of the board. Selected sustainability information and the GHG inventory were independently assured or verified.
