Overview

The report describes Mileway's first ESG report covering 2022 performance of Mileway-owned properties. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 17,887 t CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 15,161 t CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 313,054 t CO2e, alongside 9% renewable electricity procurement and 24.1 MWp of installed solar capacity. It also details employee engagement and community programmes, including work with The Brokerage. ESG governance is led through an ESG Committee chaired by the CEO and Head of ESG.
