Overview

The report is MCP's inaugural 2022 ESG disclosure, covering responsible investment, portfolio engagement, and the development of its ESG framework. It describes Board-level oversight and the embedding of the UN Global Compact Ten Principles into MCP's strategy and operations. For MCP-III portfolio companies, Scope 1 and Scope 2 monitoring reached 100% in 2022, while renewable energy represented 26% of energy consumed. The report also establishes improvement priorities covering carbon footprint, resource efficiency, stakeholder engagement, labour standards, board diversity, and transparency.
