Overview

The report covers Mineral Resources Limited's FY21 sustainability performance, including 296,343 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 1,993 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions. It reports 3,268 employees, 17 per cent female workforce representation and 33 per cent women on the Board. MRL also set a target of net zero operational emissions by 2050 and contributed $5.25 million to communities. Ernst & Young provided limited assurance over six selected sustainability performance indicators.
