Overview

The report describes Mineral Resources' FY22 sustainability performance across governance, climate, workforce and environmental management. The company established a Board-level Sustainability Committee, reported Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 340,515 tCO2e, and set a target to reduce existing-operation emissions by 50 per cent by 2035 on the path to net zero by 2050. It also reported 20 per cent female workforce participation and 33 per cent female representation on the Board.
