Overview

The report presents MinRes' FY24 sustainability performance across governance, people, communities, environment and climate. The company reported a workforce of 8,456 people, reflecting 49 per cent growth, and 56 per cent female representation on its Board. It refreshed its Net Zero Roadmap, including a 45 per cent Scope 1 and 2 emissions-intensity reduction ambition by FY35 and a net-zero operational emissions ambition by 2050. The report also disclosed 301,898 metric tonnes of combined hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated during FY24.
