Overview

The report expands its reporting scope to cover the Group's major real estate development and property management operations across additional mainland China and Hong Kong locations in 2021. It describes a four-step stakeholder questionnaire process that identified 23 ESG issues and 11 material issues. Environmental KPIs report 1,637.2 CO2 equivalent in tonnes for combined Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, alongside 2,997.6 MWh of total energy consumption and 49,574.0 m3 of water consumption.
